A hot cup of tea
February 18, 2008
In the midst of the dreary cold February weather, nothing is as cozy as a hot cup of tea. So when my old tea kettle started to rust on the inside (I use my tea kettle a lot), I set out to find a new one. I wanted a fairly plain stove-top kettle that wouldn't rust, wasn't too difficult to get the water in (my old one had a top that you had to pull off and it often stuck and then you had to line up the marks just right to get it back on when you were done) and was easy to clean. I found all that, and more. A beautiful glass tea kettle from Adagio Tea. Just $34 for a perfect balance of form and function in my tea kettle. In addition to being thrilled with my new kettle (I still get a kick out of watching the water boil and seeing the blue flame dance around through the glass bottom), the shopping experience at adagio.com was superb. Free shipping with orders over $50 (easy to do, I just added the Gourmet tea set as a gift for $19) and my order arrived within less than 24 hours! They also threw in a free sample of their Valentine's tea and the items were elegantly gift-wrapped at no extra charge. I was thrilled with my order and the site so I'm very excited to announce that Falmouth Design is now an Adagio Teas affiliate.
Update, finally
November 14, 2007
It's been quite a long time since I last updated this site. It was a very busy summer, followed by an even busier fall. I'm very pleased to report that Falmouth Design has been busy with new clients and improving sites for existing clients. I'll be adding to the portfolio soon, with screenshots of the new sites and I'll be announcing a new venture soon(ish). I'm very excited about the latest developments and new offerings. Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving - I know I have much to be thankful for.

Bear Sighting!
March 30, 2007
There has been a rare bear sighting in Falmouth. This cub enjoys a solid-food diet consisting mainly of sweet potatoes and pears. Though cute and cuddly 95% of the time, he can turn into a screaming bear at the slightest provocation. Caution is advised in handling the cub.
